Blue Infinity & Beyond LLC

Pool Service Agreement

Blue Infinity & Beyond agrees to arrive at the pool once a week and perform the following services:

1.     Net surface and floor of debris

2.     Check and maintain cleaner if applicable (parts extra)

3.     Brush walls and all steps and seats

4.     Clean skimmer and pump baskets

5.     Test and treat water for: Chlorine, Ph level, and alkalinity weekly.

6.     Test for cyanuric acid (conditioner) and Boric Acid at the beginning of every swimming season to maintain a minimum level of 50PPM and 35PPM, respectively, as recommended by Riverside County Health Department. $75 annual charge to top off these chemicals annually.

NOTE: Inclement weather (rain/wind/etc) services will be performed at our discretion and discounts will not be offered due to the extra work and chemicals needed to correct water.

NOTE: Time is also factored in, if pool is excessively dirty, debris will be cleaned according to the time available.

Billing and Payment

First time customers are required to pay a start-up fee of $75 dollars for initial water balance correction (if necessary) and the addition of Boric Acid. This is a chemical we use on every pool to help stabilize the water, and it cuts down on chemical usage each week. It also is an algaestat (algae preventative) and helps prevent against scaling.

Blue Infinity bills for service the 3rd week of each month. Payment is due the following month on the 1st. If payment is not received by your second service day of the following month, service WILL be suspended until account is brought current. Picture Perfect Pools may, at any time, permanently terminate service if payment is more than 30 days late, without warning, and all past due will remain due. Payment arrangements and exceptions may always be made, feel free to contact us.

Pricing is based on four weeks per month. Some months have five weeks but no extra charge in this case. Because of this, we bill for only 48 of the 52 weeks in a year. This allows us to take a total of 4 weeks of vacation (or sick days) per year without any billing adjustments. Two of these weeks will most likely be the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Notice will be given ahead of time for the remaining two weeks.

Repairs

Any maintenance repairs will be performed after notification and approval of the account holder. The customer understands that the filter must be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned every 6 months (or as necessary) and will be billed automatically without notice. The charge for this is $75. Salt pools receive regular salt cell cleanings at no additional charge.

Customer Responsibilities

1.     Make payments on time

2.     Maintain proper water level (halfway up the skimmer opening)

3.     Make the pool accessible to the serviceman. (Providing a key if needed, open walkways, gate codes etc.)
