Is weekly pool service more expensive than doing it myself?

More often than not, it is more time and cost effective to hire a pool service company. This question may be relative as to how much care you want your pool to receive. At Blue Infinity we care for the longevity and visual appearance of your pool surface and equipment as well as your family’s health & safety. We know balancing 9 or 10 chemical tests for the perfect water isn’t easy, and oftentimes trying to keep equilibrium ends up costing more than a consistent professional service.

What is included in full service?

Our full service packages include care for your equipment, water, pool surface, and swimmer safety. Every week we test and balance the water according to our test results, prior pool use, forecasted use/weather, and current pool/equipment condition. We skim the pool surface for debris and scoop/vacuum floor debris, brush the pool walls/steps/seats, empty any debris baskets, and perform a visual equipment check. We also notate any problems or potential problems we see and include them in a report that you can view via the “Pool Junction” mobile app.

Salt pools have salt cell cleanings included in their service and they are cleaned on a 3 month cycle or as necessary.

3in chlorine tablets are included for pools that require them.

Will there be more than one person servicing my pool?

Most likely yes. Currently we have one service technician and one filter technician. They work on rotation with the owner. This way our complete team is always on the same page when it comes to your pool specifically. We do appreciate being able to provide people in our community with jobs. Anytime we add a team member, you will receive a notice with information about them so that you are never caught off guard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We dont like to be picky over payment. If you’re trying to pay us, of course we will do our best to accommodate! We accept cash, check, Zelle™, Apple Pay™, Cash App™, and credit/debit/ACH transfers through Stripe™ (3% fee). We offer auto-pay by credit/debit card at a 5% discount.
